What should I do if my necklace or bracelet has a defect?Updated 10 months ago

If you suspect that your necklace or bracelet has a defect, such as a black dot blocking the image or a distorted picture, you are requested to provide a video to help us determine the quality of the item. Here are the instructions for taking the video:

  1. Wipe the back of the gem with a microfiber cloth before recording the video to ensure it's clean.
  2. Record with a blank wall behind the gem to avoid background interference.
  3. Hold the pendant by its side so the back is not covered and light can enter.
  4. Slowly bring the gem up to the camera, ensuring it's in direct contact when viewing the photo.
  5. Wait for the camera to focus to get a clear view of the photo inside.

Once you have recorded the video, please respond with the video attached along with the name of the product.
